Bwahahahah. You're hopeless. BTW, you seem to forgot that Professor Dr. 
Thomas Hoeren (Visiting Fellow at the Oxford Internet Institute) is 
Appellate Judge (Court of Appeal of Dusseldorf, Copyright Senate).
