Note to Mike: Terekhov is a troll with an anti-GNU agenda. He is fond
of posting irrelevant quotes and unsound legal advice. Even if you
believed all of his stuff as gospel, it would not save you from
getting before a court, since the copyright holder decides when to sue
or ask for injunctions. Terekhov will tell you that you will of
course win all such junctions. Unfortunately, he has a terrible track
record of predicting the outcome of court cases. He tries to mask
this by calling judges "drunk" and other things.
