You are mixing up two concepts, namely

a) Nobody is capable of committing anything which would by the legal
profession be classified as murder.
b) One cannot commit murder while staying within the bounds of acts
that are explicitly permitted by law.

I think you are intelligent enough not to do this inadvertantly.  The
question is what you hope to achieve with this charade.
