   [...]. Folks assign their 100% original code to the FSF on regular
   basis.

So you agree that the FSF is writing the code, these folks are
working voluntary for the FSF and have agreed to to assign their
copyright to the FSF.

And it isn't 100% original code if it is based on a existing work.
