That exactly what I am insist upon. Patents is just socially
acceptable instrument "To promote the progress of science and
useful arts", by securing exclusive rights to their respective
owners.
They do not do that, they might have been intended to. But they do
not. Nor is it acceptable, patents in this day and age only hinder
any progress of science and useful arts.
