GNU Republic apart, the customers won't infringe copyrights licensed 
under the GPL even if they were to bother to create real derivative 
works (aggregation aside for a moment). 17 USC 117. And § 69d UrhG 
Ausnahmen von den zustimmungsbedürftigen Handlungen.
