And, modulo possible alternative implementations for GPL'd stuff, the
observation that "the non-GPL program has no use of its own" (reading, 
studying, copying, modifying, and all that aside for a moment) makes 
it a "derivate" work (hello ueber GNUtian ams) under Section 666 of 
unwritten Copyleft Act of the GNU Republic. Welcome to hilarious 
brain-free zone ruled by Mr. President RMS together with his GNU 
Reichsminister für Volksaufklärung und Propaganda Eben "Anarchism 
Triumphant" and "dot Communist Manifesto" Moglen.
