Does a program compiled with the GNU Compiler become GNU Licensed
automatically, especially if it gets linked to the GNU Runtime
libraries?
GCC has a special execption, and GLIBC is licensed under the Lesser
GPL. Your questions would be answered quicker if you looked at the
license for the works you are examining.
