I believe you're starting to get it.

Please ignore Terekhov-robot's 17USC109 answer. That would be true if
one were talking of physical objects, which software is *not*. Maybe you
could get a case of similar properties if one talked about moving a
piece of software instead of copying it, but copying... you know...
doesnt' remove the original to create the second one...
