Sure? It sounds fairly naive.

Maybe take some books from Noam Chomsky or Howard Zinn
and read about your political and legal system.

BTW What happened to Martha Stewart? Accused for some
bilance fraud, this original accusation was
dropped. She ended up in prison nevertheless. The
guilt? "Lying to the FBI", AFAIR.

It's just an example. AFAIS courts tend to act that way
everywhere in this world. That's why you can't defend
freedom by empowering courts.
