Are you really that stupid, Hyman? Suppose that I accept a license to
use your house. You are the landlord, I'm a tenant. And then I violate a
term of your license to not (or do) have a dog or cat with me in your
house. Are you going to shoot me as a trespasser? In other words, are
you going to sue me under the contract law or trespass law?

too, whereas GNU cannot.
