Drunken self-contradictory idiots.
"If a downloader does not assent to these conditions stated in the
COPYING file, he is instructed..."
One doesn't assent to conditions precedent. One assents to covenants
(contractual restrictions). And breach of covenants doesn't create
copyright liability.
Utter bullshit ruling.
