I personally don't conceive that Obama administration is going to offend
Microsoft, but what if...
Microsoft contributes OSX and Linux patches allowing to run all Windows'
supported hardware in OSX and Linux virtual guest mode under Windows
hosts with Windows running as a hypervisor driving virtualization of
Windows' supported devices, reducing the barrier to run OSX and Linux?
