Notice that Stallman does nothing at all to prevent software developers from doing anything they wish, as long as they do not involve themselves with GPLed code. Notice that expressing the opinion that someone is doing something immoral and unethical does not constitute acting to prevent them from doing it, except so far as they may be persuaded to change.
