I do not know what the disc image contains, so I cannot yet say
whether this download is problematic. Note once again that this
is an upgrade download for a product which has been purchased.
Downloading it requires that you agree to:
    You are not authorized to install or use the Code except as part
    of a Program for which you have a valid Proof of Entitlement.
So there may be GPL notification already provided to those legitimate
users of which we are not aware.
