I claim the GPL is unenforceable in a U.S. court law. Motivations
and "goals" are irrelevant to the GPL's legal enforceability in U.S.
jurisdictions. You are free to argue what others motives and goals
are concerning why GPL lawsuits are filed. Pretending those motives
and goals will change the GPL's legal status is an act of
self-deception.
