Of course not.  The aggregation of the copyright laws of every legal
jurisdiction on the Earth can't possibly be easy.  The GPL, though, is.

Well thanks!  No, I didn't write it originally, I'm just the current
maintainer, the latest in a long line of maintainers, some illustrious
(RMS, Barry Warsaw, for example), most of them more capable than me.
