The FSF will NEVER, NEVER, EVER voluntarily allow a court to review
the GPL on the merits. They will ALWAYS voluntarily dismiss their
frivolous suit because they know the GPL is legally unenforceable.
To date this pattern has occurred *seven* consecutive times.
