USA amicus brief in CNN vs. CSC

The US Department of Justice has filed an amicus brief in
the case of CNN vs. CSC asking that the Supreme Court not
grant cert.

This is the case where the appeals court upheld the right
of cable companies to provide "remote DVR" service, where
recorded programs are stored on servers at the company
instead of on a device at the user's home. The amicus brief
is in support of this right.
