Imagine the following license, Hyman:

"A hereby grants to B a monthly 17 USC 106 license on the express
condition that B makes an upfront monthly payment to A"

To dissect:

1. You pay (fulfil a condition) and the grant comes into effect (for one
month).

2. You enjoy it for one month.

3. The grant is expired and is not in effect anymore.

4. You pay (fulfil a condition) and the grant comes into effect (for one
month).

5. You enjoy it for one month.

6. The grant is expired and is not in effect anymore.

...

What does this have to do with Artistic and/or GPL licenses, Hyman?

regards,
alexander.

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
