Hey Tassilo, to repeat, please bear in mind that OOP term "derive[d]
from" doesn't equate to copyright term "derivative work".

Uncle Hasler is incurable, but you might have a better chance...

Ignore the allegedly "GPL incompatibility" nonsense.
