all the cases were quickly dismissed with no judgement against companies
or ruling affirming GPL enforceability... several cases were dismissed
with prejudice against GPL licensors (with no settlement filed to the
court to roll on order -- clear defeat for the plaintiffs).

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can 
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards 
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
