The IP license obligates the licensor not to sue licensee for
infringement of the licensed rights.

The obligations imposed by the GPL license on the licensee IS THE
CONSIDERATION in exchange of a promise not to sue the licensee for
infringement of the licensed rights which IS THE CONSIDERATION as well.
The consideration imposed on the licensee doesn't have to flow directly
to the licensor, silly.

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
