Oh, and aside from your deliberately incorrect reading of
words like "verbatim" and "mere aggregation", you are also
misreading the GPL:

    You may convey verbatim copies of the Program's source
    code as you receive it...

A statically linked executable does not contain a verbatim
copy of the source code of its libraries, so even by your
deliberately incorrect use of the notion of a verbatim copy,
the GPL gives no permission to do what you want.
