As I said, I have not studied the history of BusyBox
so I am in no position to gauge the accuracy of this
claim. If the defendants choose to dispute this claim,
then the plaintiffs will need to prove it.

If he can demonstrate that he is "an" author of the
work, he may continue with his infringement claims.
