Methinks that he is a demagogue and seller of GNUish snake oil
(GPL-V-whatever).

It's always great fun to watch his antics. Same as with Eben Moglen and
all other major GNUtards.

Does anyone have a link to audio/video/transcript of Eben's recent stunt
at LinuxCon?

"LinuxCon North America Keynote, "Doing What it Takes: Current Legal
Issues in Defending FOSS"
Where: LinuxCon North America 2010, August 10-12, Renaissance Boston
Waterfront, Boston, MA

When: Wednesday, August 11, 4:00 pm

Who: Eben Moglen

Eben Moglen will be delivering a keynote speech at the annual LinuxCon
North America conference in Boston on August 11.

Description: The ecosystem of FOSS is complex, embracing thousands of
businesses with diverse commercial interests and hundreds of thousands
of programmers collaborating to make good software and protect its
freedom. That ecosystem faces some deliberate external legal threats,
and also must deal in creative and innovative ways with conventional
legal risks that pose qualitatively different challenges in the
unconventional FOSS environment. In this talk, Moglen will present an
overview of the current state of the ecosystem's legal defense needs,
independent of the concerns of particular projects and firms, and
discuss his view of the likely near-term developments."

(GNG is a derecursive recursive derecursion which pwns GNU since it can
be infinitely looped as GNGNGNGNG...NGNGNG... and can be said backwards
too, whereas GNU cannot.)
