Nope, that wasn't the issue.  That was your smokescreen for diverting
from the issue (namely the case being about _upgrade_ licensing
conditions being able to affect the right to dispose of the
corresponding _full_ version media under first sales doctrine) after you
looked rather silly claiming that there was nothing to be found in the
ruling saying that.

If you are not interested in the details of this particular ruling and
want to talk about some fantasy of yours instead where you purportedly
are less mistaken, it seems like you should start another thread not
mentioning this ruling in the subject.
