I can't find it:

thumper/~ 19 apt-cache search skype
earcandy - Sound level manager for PulseAudio
bitlbee-plugin-skype - Skype plugin for BitlBee
skyped - Daemon to control Skype remotely
pidgin-skype - Skype plugin for libpurple messengers
pidgin-skype-dbg - Skype plugin for libpurple messengers (debug symbols)
python-skype - Skype API wrapper for Python
skysentials - extra functionalities for Linux Skype client

All of these packages are in Contrib, which indicates that they depend
on something non-free.  As they do.
