I'm going to look at clef-engraver once more. I think that there are
some other issues with it; in the future, it should be possible to get
any behavior that you want by appropriate combinations of clefGlyph,
centralCPosition and clefPosition.

If that doesn't satisfy the needs, we can think about additional syntax.
