G_8 clef

This is a bug report against 1.3.153 -- I would have checked it on 154
except I'm having trouble accessing
ftp://ftp.cs.uu.nl:21/pub/GNU/LilyPond/development/lilypond-1.3.154.tar.gz
. 
wget connects to the site, but isn't able to change to that
directory.

\clef "G_8" used to cause a little 8 to be written *under* the G clef,
to indicate that the notes are an octave below where they would be
sung by a treble voice.  In 153 (and I believe not before that), the
little 8 is written *above* the G clef.
