Re: Lilypond 1.4.4 bugs and some (hopefully) helpful stuff

Reading, about all these installation troubles, I reach
the same conclusion as I've mentioned before:
It's a bad idea to install the Windows programs (MiKTeX,
Ghostscript+Gsview and Python) using .tar.gz files plus
a list of registry settings. All these programs come with
well-maintained installation programs. It must be possible
to call an external program from within the cygwin installer,
why not simply let it download and run the respective
install.exe files for the programs. As far as I can see,
this should solve all the problems mentioned below (except
for the misprint in lily-miktex.sh).

In the meantime, I recommend people who experience any problems
with the Lilypond installation to first install MiKTeX and
Ghostscript+friends manually and then run the Lilypond
installation script.
