My guess would be to try making the instrument name something like 
"Loure der\\ gesitteten Houyhnhnms" or
"Loure der\\\\ gesitteten Houyhnhnms"

Which would insert TeX linebreaks in the instrument name.  I'm not sure
which of the above would be correct, if either.
