cvs commit list

Just a heads up for people on the cvs-commit list.  For at least the last
few weeks cvs-commit is only generating mail when I commit changes.  So
you can't use it as meter of activity.  Personally, I think the other guys
don't trust my edits and are only worried about tracking what I'm messing
up. :)
