The packaging scripts are undergoing massive restructure in CVS.  We are
trying to make better utilization of code reuse within our setup
programs.  We are also trying to make it reasonable to make packages for
multiple distributions and platforms with minimal work.

I saw that other in IRC are having the same issue.  I think I saw that
Reinhard fixed this.

Do the above steps and let us know how it goes.  If it does not fix
itself definitely let us know.
