[gnugo-devel] DFA results

If you run the regressions on 3.1.21 with the DFA enabled you
get 7 unexpected PASS and 7 unexpected FAIL. Note that the DFA
version is not expected to give identical results to the
standard version due to a small amount of randomness in the
owl reading.

I added the results in regression/BREAKAGE, or follow the
