The computer on the right is running GoAhead so you'd have to ask
Peter Woitke. I suspect that image is produced by GoAhead, not
through a publicly avalailable client.

The game displayed is regression/games/dublin1.sgf in the
GNU Go distribution.

GNU Go is running through CGoban on the laptop.
