[gnugo-devel] scoring patch

I've put up a big scoring patch at

- major aftermath code revisions
- doing_scoring contingent revisions in influence_callback(), shapes(),
  shapes_callback(), connection_value(), estimate_strategical_value(),
  high_handicap_helper(), and reinforce_helper()

This and my other patches have been added to CVS. The web page also
lists a new patch from Arend which I got in a private conversation
about the influence code some days ago. That patch primarily affects
influence code internals and shouldn't have much outside effects.
