[gnugo-devel] Report 2 from the Computer Olympiad

Here is the second report from the Computer Olympiad.  I will be brief
here, because you can see the results on the olympiads web site. I
have had difficulties getting to a network-attached computer because
there are only 3 of those here and they have been occupied by others
all the time.

There has been some discussions about excluding Ether from the
tournament because the author is not here and aside from that it plays
really bad and also makes a number of illegal moves.  If this will be
the case, the tournament will be converted to use 2 double rounds in
stead of one.  This means that we will play two more games against
Go4++, Go Intellect and Star of Donghwa each.  The decision will be
tomorrow.

I will try to send the games in my next mail, but I will try to do it
from the computer here.  I hope that Dan or Gunnar can put them up on
the CVS.
