[gnugo-devel] missed answer

GNU Go missed answering a monkey jump in
gnugo-3.3.8-evand-200209140247.sgf

It failed to answer T7 in a reasonable fashion, and ended up losing by 4.5
points (it lost close to 30 from the continuation).

I'm not entirely sure of the full set of reasonable answers to the move,
but I find it hard to believe all the moves it played while failing to
answer were really worth more.

I can submit a regression test if that would help.
