I revised my nine stone patch per Gunnar's comments and posted
it at devel.html under the name ninestones_3_9.1a.

This follows Gunnar's suggestion of adding a scale_randomness
field to struct move_data.  The randomness is only increased
for j and t patterns.

Also the increase in j class valuations is taken out.

- new scale_randomness field in struct move_data, function scale_randomness()
- j and t patterns get increased randomness
- new fuseki patterns for kakaris in 9 stone games
