[gnugo-devel] resign_3_17.1

[bump]

I've put up a patch called resign_3_17.1 which fixes
some warnings from nando_3_17.1.

It moves the function dragon_weak to utils.c and its
declaration to liberty.h. It replaces the use of
gtp_echo by calls to gtp_success in play_gtp.c.

It is not in the CVS yet.
