Yesterday I posted a patch called evan_3_18.24b. It should have been
called evan_3_18.24c, because there was a previous message in the
thread called evan_3_18.24b containing a patch. This message
concerns Evan's most recent patch.

Here's the regression delta. This is the same as what Evan reported,
I believe.

For owl1:307 should there be a matching owl_defend test?
In the game move B failed to defend the group.

For owl1:308 I think N4 should be added as an alternative
answer.

Other than that I think the tests look good.
