[gnugo-devel] GNU Go 3.4 prerelease

[bump]

A tarball called gnugo-3.4.tar.gz is available at:

ftp://sporadic.stanford.edu/pub/gnugo-3.4.tar.gz

This makes a binary that exhibits the following
behavior:

$ ./interface/gnugo -v
GNU Go Version 3.4

There is a corresponding CVS tag rel-3-4.

If anyone sees anything wrong with this tarball let
us know fast. If we don't hear anything by tomorrow
we can put it up to ftp.gnu.org.
