I'm trying to catch up with the pending patches, in particular the
ancient ones like this one.

Actually I would rather not have a default at all. Hardwiring an URL
into the regress script doesn't feel very robust.

Instead I would propose to have no URL as default but in order not to
have to specify it on the command line every time, it could be set in
an environment variable with some suitable name. I.e.

* If there is an URL specified on the command line, use it.
* Otherwise if there is an URL specified in an environment variable,
  use it.
* Otherwise do not show any URL.
