[gnugo-devel] free programs related to Go: updated link

Hi there,

Since my own home page is subject to be removed soon, please update your
links on "http://www.gnu.org/software/gnugo/gnugo.html"; related to
Dingoui as following:
- "dingoui-1.0.src.tar.gz" and "snapsnot" should be removed.
- "snapsnot" should either be removed  or point to
"http://dingoui.sourceforge.net/dingoui.png";
- Dingoui should href to either "http://dingoui.sourceforge.net/"; or
directly to the downloading page
"http://sourceforge.net/projects/dingoui/";.

Once you updated I will remove the files from their old location.
