Pocketgnugo (from vieka.com) and GNU Go 3.4 are both distributed 
under the GPL (Gnu Public License) which prohibits distributing
modified closed-source versions.

You seem to be distributing a binary but not the source code so
there appears to me to be a licensing problem with this program.
