I'm not certain that your file shows all what you would like
properly, as it contains errors that result in parts being ignored.
(;GM[1]FF[4]RU[Japanese]SZ[19]HA[0]

( ;B[cp]
...
a: C13 ]
( ;B[hq]
( ;W[mq]LB0.93 i=0.38 tr=0.00 b=0.00 to=1.32
^^^^ error, everything between here and the following proper
tag, C[], is ignored.
V: M3 T gg=0.93 i=0.27 tr=0.00 b=0.00 to=1.19
W: N16 T gg=0.93 i=0.31 tr=0.00 b=0.00 to=1.24
X: Q13 T gg=0.92 i=0.22 tr=0.00 b=0.00 to=1.15
C[
a: N3 U gg=1.00 i=0.23 tr=0.00 b=0.46 to=1.70
And this is repeated in many places.
(Note, as your using Goban, that we do not report parsing errors as
we should: they are only logged to stderr, and then the file is
"imported" after a pass through sgfc.)
