[gnugo-devel] Updates to twogtp.py

I ran into a couple issues testing a couple simple engines using twogtp.py.

I've fixed a bug in the debug output and added command support checks for final_score, fixed_handicap, and set_free_handicap.

What is the best way to submit these changes for consideration?

I have pushed these up to a GitHub repository (https://github.com/traveller42/GnuGo).  I am also subscribed to the gnugo-devel mailing list.
