Do I need both or is just "--monte-carlo" enough (and it'll use defaults for patterns)?

Thanks!

`--monte-carlo` is sufficient to enable Monte Carlo simulations.

The pattern that will be used in none is specified is `mc_montegnu_classic`.

This can be verified by using the `--mc-list-patterns` option which will list the compiled patterns and exit.  This should include an indication of the default pattern.

Note that in the mainline code, Monte Carlo is only supported for 9x9 game.
