Any previous time that I had tried to open the template  
"Therapiebericht..." I got a crash so decided to create my own. I  
launched OpenOffice.org writer and created a simple template with  
only the field "Date" and a line or two of text (attached). I saved  
this file into my system user folder and closed it to prevent  
competing read or read-write issues and then back in GNUmed clicked  
the "New" template button. In that dialog I entered what seemed to be  
adequate information except I left null the "Version" (maybe it  
should be in red) therefore inputted a "1" -- screenshot -- and tried  
saving and got the exception.
